PhD in Neuroscience and research professsional since many years, I've recently freelanced as an academic consultant & trainer, essentially building the service I wish I had as a young scientist. At www.SciWise.de, I offer "science survival skills": seminars and workshops for junior researchers, and affordable one-on-one mentoring on career planning strategies. In focus: securing own research funding (identifying suitable funding programs and hands-on assistance with preparing applications).
